I've been fortunate in my over 30 year career as an event planner to have created some of the most remarkable events throughout the country. From out of the box creations for corporate clients, whimsical themes for mitzvahs and fundraisers and romantic creations for weddings, my passion for all of this stems from my collaboration with a wide variety of vendors and the vision of each client. No event is the same and each should reflect the personality, objective and budget for each client. I pride myself offering the highest quality of service and creative personalization paralleled with an old-fashioned work ethic, something I learned from my years working for law firms. My joy is watching the event unfold and the clients reaction knowing that together we have created memorable moments in their lives.

  • develop theme and logo concept

  • negotiating contracts on behalf of the client

  • meetings with client and entertainment to discuss timelines, special requests and event specifics

  • providing suggestions for final details

  • confirmation of all vendors the week of event

  • oversee set up, deliveries and teardown

  • on site event logistics at venue

Services include:

  • venue selection & negotiation

  • initial planning meeting to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities and to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives

  • facilitate choice of appropriate vendors including décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting and Audio Visual, speakers, team building, hotel room blocks for out of town guests, staffing needs,  transportation, and more based on style, availability, and price

  • review vendor contracts and make recommendations

  • develop timeline and flow of event that fits the need of the event

  • work with designated catering contact, floral designer, prop and rental companies, lighting technicians, etc to carry concept through overall presence of each individual element of the event

  • present unique branding ideas to compliment chosen design concept for invitations, favors, and all the other details pertaining to the event

  • advisement on troubleshooting any challenges that come up while planning

  • confirmation of all vendors the week of event

  • oversee set up, deliveries and teardown

  • on site event logistics at venue
